For over 11 years I've drawn, shaped and grown Geekcats — an original cartoon IP born purely from love of cute, characterful design. These cats became the mobile games Cat Match and Back to Home.

It's the clearest picture of how I like to work: playful, patient, and made to make people smile. The kind of heartfelt craft I'd love to bring to a team that values it.

About me

Hi! I'm Michelle Stelko Favero

I build the bridge between art and technology. With nearly two decades in games and digital, I work as a Tech Artist optimizing real-time pipelines in Unity, and as an Art Production Manager leading warm, collaborative teams.

I've guided 200+ artists and 30 Feedback Managers across 9 countries, designing feedback built on clear visuals and mutual respect — sharing knowledge so the whole team grows, not just the work. I taught 3ds Max for years, and mentoring is still my favourite part of any project.

Outside client work, I've spent 11+ years nurturing Geekcats — my own cartoon IP that grew into the mobile games Cat Match and Back to Home. It's where my love of playful, cute, human design lives. Based in Málaga; happiest on fully-remote, international teams.
